A Crochet Hip Pouch for Purse free Exploring
I love yoga pants. Most have a nifty little pocket for your phone that is crazy convenient. With this crochet hip pouch, I tried to create the same convenience but with something you can wear when dressing up. This little belt bag seems to really fit the bill. The unique texture makes it look fancy, while the size allows you to carry a coin purse and your phone. With this quick crochet project, you can go exploring purse-free.
Adjusting the Size
I know all phones are not made equal. So to adjust this crochet hip pouch you just need to work any odd number of starting chains. Then repeat row 2 until the pouch is as tall as your phone. The finish up with your last row. Adjusting the pattern is just that easy.
The Premium Ad-Free PDF Pattern
Below you will find the free pattern with all the instructional photos and videos needed to complete the pattern, but I am also aware that several of us like to crochet on the couch, in the car, or in bed with a printout of the pattern. This is why I also offer a nicely formatted large font PDF version of the pattern that can be purchased on Etsy or Ravelry. You can print the pattern and take it on the go with you or tuck it into your project bag.

Special Half Double Crochet Stitch Pattern:
In this pattern, we will be working a half double crochet increase or 2 half double crochet stitches into the same stitch.
