Fasten off leaving a long yarn end to sew the hook to the crochet lanyard.

Assembly Instructions

Take your lanyard and fold it in half, then adjust one side so that it is one inch longer than the other side. Slip the hook onto the longer side and slide it up to touch the edge of the shorter side of the crochet lanyard.

Next, take the longer side of the lanyard and fold it back over the shorter side of the lanyard, trapping the swivel hook in place. On the section that is folded over and now three layers deep, use the yarn end to stitch a square over the overlapping area to secure it all in place.

Weave in your yarn ends. Now your crochet lanyard is complete. They work up quickly and make a wonderful gift.
