Make a quick and easy crochet soap saver pattern and matching washcloth. These patterns make a great little gift and addition to a spa set gift basket.
Below you will find the complete pattern and instructional photos for this Crochet Soap Saver and Washcloth pattern. You will also find all the materials, stitches, gauge, and sizing information. There is also a video tutorial for the crochet soap bag.

A Crochet Soap Saver Set for Gift Giving
Last year had fun using crochet pattern collections to create gift baskets. This crochet soap saver or soap bag and matching washcloth would make a great addition to a little self-care or spa gift basket. If you wanted to add to the set, these Spiral Face Scrubbies would make a great addition. You can also make a Twisted Earwarmer to hold back your hair while using a face mask.

Two Sided Crochet Soap Saver
For this crochet soap bag, I decided to use two different stitches on each side of the bag. On one side you have the moss stitch that is open and will let you lather up the soap and on the other side you have a nice ribbed stitch that can help get you clean.

The Premium Ad-Free PDF Pattern
Below you will find the free pattern with all the instructional photos and videos needed to complete the crochet soap saver pattern, but I am also aware that several of us like to crochet on the couch, in the car, or in bed with a printout of the pattern. This is why I also offer a nicely formatted large font PDF version of the pattern that can be purchased on Etsy or Ravelry. You can print the pattern and take it on the go with you or tuck it into your project bag.
