How to Crochet: Wedding Gnomes Free Pattern

If you are looking for a unique wedding gift or bridle shower gift, then these wedding gnomes are for you. They are cute and whimsical and work up very quickly.

Below you will find the complete pattern for this crochet Wedding gnomes. You will also find all the materials, stitches, gauge, and sizing information. If you would like all of this in a nicely formatted printable format, you can purchase the Ad-Free Large Print PDF Pattern.

The Wedding Gnomes

I have to confess, this was a set of gnomes that I thought would never be made. I just did not like the idea of making a basic white gnome and calling her a bride. It took a lot of brainstorming and testing to come up with enough adorable details to be happy with this little Bride.

As for our groom, he is very similar to the Patriotic Gnome, but I am OK with that. The Patriotic Gnome is one of my favorite little gnomes with his top hat and bow tie. Our groom gnome has an extra piece that makes it look like he is wearing a suit jacket!

How to Customize your Crochet Wedding Gnomes

This crochet gnome pattern can be customized in a variety of ways. You can change the color of the dress or add a little accent color to it. Mix up the colors of the flowers, gnome’s hair, and skin tone. I like to use Red Heart Super Saver Aran(light tones), Buff(Medium tone), Cafe Latte(Dark tone), and Coffee(Very dark tone) for skin tones.

Change the color of the groom’s bow tie or give him a brown tux instead of black. Grey would be pretty too! Make the wedding gnomes unique and special with your customization.
