2 Skeins Lion Brand Comfy Cotton or 10.81 oz / 606 yards of Size 3 yarn
Crochet Hook, Size H, 5.0mm 
Scissors
Yarn Needle

Finished shawl measures 61 inches by 17 inches.

R1: Work a Dc in the third Ch from the hook,Work a Dc in the next 202 Ch. (203 sts)

R2: Ch2, turn, Work a Dc into the first St. *Ch1, Sk St, Work a Dc into the next St* repeat from *to* a total of 101 times. (203 sts)

R3: Ch2, turn, Work a Dc into the first St, *Work a Dc into the next Ch Space, Work a Dc into the next St* repeat from *to* a total of 101 times. (203 sts)

R4: Ch2, turn, Work a Dc into the first, *Ch1, Sk St, Work a Dc into the next St* repeat from *to* a total of 101 times. (203 sts)

R5: Ch2, turn, Work a Dc into the first St. Work a Dc into the Ch1 Space, *Ch1, Sk St, Work a Dc into the Ch1 Space* repeat from *to* a total of 100 times. Work a Dc into the last St. (203 sts)

R6: Ch2, turn, Work a Dc into the first St, *Ch1, Sk St, Work A Dc into the next Ch1 Space* repeat from *to* a total of 101 times. Ch1, Sk St, Work a Dc into the last stitch. (203 sts)

Note: This row has a single increase to fix our stitch count.

R16-27: Repeat rows 4-15.

R28-32: Repeat rows 4-8

R33: Ch2, turn, Work a Dc into the first St. *Ch1, Sk St, Work a Dc into the next St* repeat from *to* a total of 101 times. (203 sts)

R34: Ch2, turn, Work a Dc into the first St, *Work a Dc into the next Ch Space, Work a Dc into the next St* repeat from *to* a total of 101 times. (203 sts) Fasten off and weave in your ends.

Add some Fringe

Cut 132 7” strands of yarn. Take too strands, fold them in half and weave the looped end around the side of the last Double Crochet of a row. Pull the yarn ends of the 7” strand of yarn through the loop and pull tight. Repeat this for every Row along the short side of the shawl. 

Now your shawl is complete! Wear it to the movie theater, church or just out on a walk. It is the perfect accessory for a pretty sun dress.
