I just love a simple design. The crochet boho shawl uses only chains and double crochet in a variety of different patterns to create an interesting look.
Just sit back and relax with this easy shawl pattern full of simple row repeats. Finish it up with a little fringe and it will compliment any sun dress.
The open stitch work in this shawl gives it a lacey look but keeps the shawl light enough to use in warm weather.

– Most rows have a repeat, the number of times you need to repeat are listed, but for the most part you are just repeating until the end of the row.

Add some Fringe
Cut 132 7” strands of yarn. Take too strands, fold them in half and weave the looped end around the side of the last Double Crochet of a row. Pull the yarn ends of the 7” strand of yarn through the loop and pull tight. Repeat this for every Row along the short side of the shawl.
Now your shawl is complete! Wear it to the movie theater, church or just out on a walk. It is the perfect accessory for a pretty sun dress.

I like this shawl a lot, but I think I might like it a little longer. What is the repeat number, please? Thanks so much…
I have to apologize, I honestly do not remember on this pattern. I know it is a little more complex than just working an odd of even number of chains.
Dear Carla,
did you try making a longer shawl? Do you remember how many chains you die in the beginning?
🙂
